Keenan Beasley

A proud #girldad, successful entrepreneur, industry disrupter and visionary who embraces and utilizes technology to tell stories and influence consumers in dynamic ways. Keenan’s expertise in blending tech, art and creativity has changed the marketing landscape and opened the door to modern strategies and fresh approaches.
Keenan is the founder & CEO of Sunday II Sunday, an active haircare brand at the intersection of health and beauty. Keenan’s non-profit arm, Venture Noire, mentors and develops diverse entrepreneurs and provides them with access to critical resources to help close the quality of life gap for underserved Americans. Keenan also founded and is CEO of Supply Factory Brands a CPG venture studio with a portfolio of brands in development.
Before launching his entrepreneurial ventures, Keenan managed and led several multibillion dollar brands, including Tide, Gillette and Garnier beauty products. He served as Vice President of Marketing at L'Oréal, Associate Director at Reckitt Benckiser and Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble.
Keenan is a host of leading podcast I Am Athlete, Bet On Black w/ Revolt and contributor to Forbes, Venture Beat, Fast Company and CNBC. He’s an advisor to numerous start-up companies and a regular lecturer at the USC Marshall School of Business.
Keenan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Law and Systems Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He divides his time between New York City and Los Angeles.

Jeff is a community impact architect supporting brands and organizations to harness culture and equity towards transformative social impact driven by market growth.He has leveraged two decades of non-profit executive, media, and strategic communications expertise to provide executive-level counsel to brands, institutions, and municipalities. The work builds cultural competency and credibility, expands market-driven inclusion/equity, and maximizes the voice of the client through executive-level thought leadership, strategy development, and communications support. He supports corporate clients behind the scenes by advising the implementation of Inclusion and Equity strategy, strategic communications, and brand management work. Executive roles with the NAACP, Hip Hop Summit Action Network, ten years of providing commentary to urban markets every week via the Tom Joyner and Rickey Smiley Morning Shows and a 13-year run as the voice of community impact for Black Entertainment Television gives him unmatched credibility and places him at the epicenter of impact-driven culture. Additionally, he successfully managed his own strategic communications firm serving primarily Fortune 100 and 500 companies around growth driven Inclusion and Equity. Consequently, he’s crafted a unique career that has seamlessly fused corporate America, entertainment, and politics to leverage culture, equity, and impact with success and integrity.

Jocelyn received her Bachelor’s degree from Mount Saint Mary’s University where she majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. She has supported CEO’s in healthcare and in tech by implementing practical, long-term solutions to internal processes. At Venture Noire, Jocelyn works to manage projects which include but are not limited to identifying and improving operational deficiencies.

At Venture Noire, Shaheen works to bring the organization's flagship programs, In the Black and City of Entrepreneurs, to life in Northwest Arkansas and around the world. Shaheen comes from the world of higher education, having spent the last 10 years working at the University of Arkansas and the University of Houston helping researchers and students turn their ideas into successful startup companies. Her passion for generating equality in entrepreneurship is unmatched, creating access to resources and opportunities for traditionally underserved populations.

Having accrued many years of experience in design of all shapes and sizes, I have discovered and cultivated a passion that stretches across various media. Prior to joining Venture Noire, I’ve had the privilege of working with such brands and companies as Adidas, Emporio Armani, Burberry, Zodiac, Michele, DKNY, Mary Kay, Marc Jacobs, Diesel, AT&T, Karl Lagerfeld and Michael Kors. From packaging and retail websites to print ads, catalogs and consumer brochures, my experience has allowed for an expansive, diverse portfolio of work I’m very proud of.
